Used to be able to buy it as capsules (pills) in health food stores until the big phama companies caught wind of how well it works and got it outlawed. After all they can't patent a natual substance and make their ungodly profits. I guess it cut into their prescribed sleep medicine profits and the sideeffects they produce that then needs other medicines to handle which then needs ...

Try triptofan (?) laced cheese or turkey before bed time. Try those nasal strips. Get the humidity up to 50%. Sleep like a stone. Just 5 hours is enough. (for us old people).
