Took off max performance climb at full throttle 80mph to 2500feet(field elevation 860ft). OAT 81. Leveled off at 2500feet and pulled back to 6300 rpm and 20inches. Oil temp stabilized at 180 water at 160. Indicating 170 mph. Vibration greatly reduced. Now will get prop balanced on the airplane. Tomorrow am going to make a check list and get some more accurate data. Anyway it is good to be back in the air. BTW the RV3 CD does not read on my computer or the one at office. "install a cd" error.
