If you see a T04 in my future I better start looking for second job so I can pay for at least the first couple of them!

You only need one, Joe. It's the stock ones that have a half life of about 20 hours. i.e. they last about half of that. :)

may be an issue with the injectors being too small. 

Try installing extra injectors :)
