The only other thing I can think of is air. Filter clean? Leaks around the manifold? Does it idle at 1000RPM and steady?

I’m another one of those bad guys that doesn’t run an air filter.  Remember, runs only with cold start switch on.  Slow it down much below 2000 and it just dies.
