Yes. You're sending pictures with resolution that is to low. I suggest you stop airplane construction and buy a higher end digital camera. How am I supposed to shamelessly rip off your good ideas if you send fuzzy pictures. Focus, man, FOCUS!! 8*)
I like your plenum. It looks like you will have plenty of room for a large filter and a dead air space for the trash to fall down into. Provide an opening on the side large enough to slip a flat filter into and be able to vacuum it out at annual.
