I did my testing using duct tape to hold VG's to plane. This worked well on Cozy which has ducting at rear of plane where there is thick boundary layer.

Is it being implied here that vortex generators positioned before the tunnel outlet on the bottom of cowl will help pull the air out of the cowling?  If this were to work it may save me the trouble of installing cowl flaps.  Presently I'm working on the cowling and trying to figure out the inlet plenums for the coolers.  JohnD
