Rusty; In Michigan the state DOT, or MDOT has
the info on transporting fuel. Here we can move 3, 5 gallon cans
legally. On the ground wire I have 3 ground clips, one for the funnel
with two wires, one wire going to the can and the other to the
aircraft. I always have the funnel connected, then connect first to
the aircraft, then install the funnel and lastly connect to the can.
