What have others done for transporting auto fuel to the airport. My FWF test trailer is almost complete and I need to purchase a fuel tank. I find lost of tanks for diesel but not for gasoline. I would like to keep the tank for transferring fuel once flying. Any ideas? I am considering an above deck marine tank.

I picked up three 55 gal drums at the local Chevron distributor for $20 each.  If you have no means to unload a full drum (like me) I fill two in my pickup and drain one into the one on the ground.  Then move the empty to the ground and drain the full one into the new empty.  Tedious, but to me it's worth it.  I picked up a couple of mover's dollys and have the full drums on them to roll around the hanger.  Make sure you rig a ground wire between the tanks and the plane, easy with some 18 ga and a couple of alligator clips.  I use a regular fuel transfer pump to put the gas in the plane.
