thanks for the tip John. I know Ross is knowledgeable, but I'm reluctant
to trust him. I can't distinguish between subjects he knows about and
ones he doesn't. Know what I mean?
Appreciate your descriptions. I'm going to consider placing my turbo low
enough that pieces are unlikely to be ingested. I've seen intake
components with screens on them too. That might be something to consider.
I just got another data point for turbo sizing, so if they all coincide
I'll follow those successes. It's tough since I don't know jack about
turbos. Descriptions like yours help.

Ross is flying a turbo subaru and seems to know his aviation turbo talk.
My T04-P50 was ordered based on his calculations and recommendations.
