Better to mix it with the cool fuel in the tanks. The Diamond DA40 = diesel uses a similar setup to Tracy's. But the return fuel line routes = through the right tank and them dumps in the left. This provides extra = cooling for the return fuel in the line. Normal operation is to draw = from the left tank only.
