Bob Darrah and myself drove up to the Pecan Plantation on Friday morning.  We were the first rotorheads to arrive (I guess that shows our enthusiasm).  We had a great time and really enjoyed the Texas hospitality.  Its amazing at how the rotary movement has grown from just a few years ago. 

 

I want to thank Bill and Linda for their hospitality and great BBQ, and to Don and Shirley for opening their home to us.

 

Sorry I missed Jason’s engine start.  Can someone fill me in on what the problem was? 

 

Chuck… sorry to hear about your forced landing.  There are five “rotorheads” in the Austin area.  Let us know if you need a hand getting your airplane loaded onto a trailer, or help with an engine swap.
