Finally tonight at 7 PM the sweet bark of the rotary woke up the controllers in the tower :) I also did mod2 on the stock turbo. Mod 1 was removing the wastegate alltogether, but the turbo was still overboosting. In Mod 2 I opened a slot to bleed gasses directly out from the wastegate thru a 1.5" SS pipe parallel to the main exhaust. It's a bit louder than before. Hope this weekend to test it with the prop on, and see if it's any better. I know I need a bigger turbo, but don't feel like asking the wife for another $1.5K :( Or should I ask John Slade how he does get money from the wife with such a success? Buly
