Just a reminder that the old FAA is not the new
FAA. before you get the idea that you need to buzz someone or
something, just remember it is always not the best of ideas. There are a
lot of crack pots on the ground and they may assume that what you are doing is
not safe, so I would pass this index to an article along for your
