I found the New Jersey Fact sheet for the toxicity of Lead Flouride. Nothing to worry about here. OSHA sets the exposure limit at .5mg/m^3 averaged over an 8hr day. Very doubtful that there is a mg of Lead on the end of a plug. It would be very difficult to get enough exposure to mean anything. Just don't put the toothbrush back in the bathroom afterwards (or use someone elses).
