Ed, I don't know of any chemical cleaner for lead but I do know that lead will turn to liquid at a relatively low temperture (~750degrees). You could try an experiment with a propane torch and compressed air to see if you could melt the lead and then blow it off without damaging the plugs. You should probably wear a respirator so that you do not inhale the lead. They say it is drian bamaging (brain damaging) Just a thought.

Lynn, but I did sleep in a ..... I mean I fly with Magneor ignition wires. They custom make me a set for around $45 and I have flow with them since 2002. There website appeared to have less Hype and more factual data than most.
