Is this the new math I always heard about :-) 6000 rpm / 60 seconds = 100 sparks per second

Good catch, Rusty, but to Mark's credit, that is still an order of magnitude higher than 'normal' operations. If they were designed with a safety factor of 8, we'd still be pushing them to their limit under SOP.
