Fuel more readily turns to vapor. This happens at the lowest pressure point in your system (just in front of the pump veins). Prevents pump from moving fluid. Since some of you (e, j) are very close to vapor lock now, it could be the last straw. You guys know how to test for alcohol? Do the test, then run one tank with, one without. (assuming you have self priming fuel sys) But don't forget that pump temp, fuel temp are also significant factors. I would encourage testing under simulated worst case condition. Then you know you'll be ok in the future.
