You have the program knob clockwise of 12 o'clock to increase the pulse width (Richen), and left of 12 o'clock to lean it. Mine took 4 or 5 clicks of the program button to get it where it needed to be, Its a fairly fine adjustment, On the previous version of software I had, it took about 8 or 9 clicks to get it there. Just remember, even if you totally mess it up, you can always reset it to the default.
