Talked with IVO and 190-200HP,  2650-2700 max prop rpm, with 200+mph cruise was feasible with 68" 3 blade on a Cozy MKIV.  The magnum 45 to 105 pitch adjustable. This puts the engine at 7500rpm max.  Does this provide a workable solution for a N/A 13B.   Watching other IVO in flight adjustable setups to see what works.

May work OK if you can use at LEAST 68" and have a 3 - 4 blade prop with LOTS of pitch.  Talk to the prop makers for more precise requirements.  They will need max prop rpm, top speed of AC, HP of eng, etc.

Subject: [FlyRotary] Props

I have been watching the progress of those using the 2.85 PSRU with a large prop and was wondering how this combination could be made to work on a canard pusher.  I am thinking of going with a P port engine so the 2.85 ratio would work, but i don't think the AC can handle a long prop due to ground clearance and rotation.  Any thoughts?  Thanks for any help.
