Wendell,

It is a standard male & female AN fitting with a 1/8 npt port in the body.  I purchased it from Livermore Performance (http://www.livermoreperformance.com/xrp_adapters.html#Special) and comes in a Male AN to NPT, Male AN to Male AN, or Male AN to Female AN configurations, and is available in different sizes.  I could have welded a bung onto the oil cooler tank, but I had this on hand and the adapter was quicker and easier.

Dale,

My psru oil supply comes off the oil cooler outlet using one of the adapters shown in the attachment.   This location is closer to the psru than the oil filter adapter block.  For the oil return, I drilled & tapped a hole in the rear rotor housing just above the oil pan mating surface.  Its easy to see where to locate the hole while the pan is off the engine.

My tap & die set gives the drill sizes for common tapped holes.  Maybe yours does too.  Otherwise, do a Google search and print one out and keep it handy.

Mark,  is that adapter 37 degree flare?
