I have the same flexplate, the OD is 320mm the depth varies slightly 32.3mm
and the dished area is approx 195mm across.
All the auto flexplates are 320mm, however the RX8 might be 300mm like the
manual flywheel.

Here is a picture of the flex plate that I have. The measurement from the
table top to the top of the plate is 32.73mm, 1.291". That is a very
rough
measurement
