A gold mine of info. Actually after re-reading and looking at Ed's pics = of his evap cores with the tanks cut off, I have decided the Ford units = are perfect. They just need the baffles drilled out. Instead of having 5 = holes, they have a slot all the way across with turbulator fins between = the plates. I will post a pic tomorrow, to tired tonight.=20 The only question is how to get all the metal shavings out after = drilling out the baffles without clogging the core. I guess flushing = with a garden hose in both directions should work.
