Ah, Bill J, but the ones who contribute the most = also=20 represent the biggest threat to his ego. If he can't = convince,=20 browbeat, intimidate , threaten or otherwise get you to conform to = his view=20 or opinion, then you must go - otherwise his followers may begin = to=20 believe you know as much as he does. That can not be allowed of=20 course. This is done in the interest of protecting his flock = from=20 erroneous ideas. Too bad, he can be a nice and personable fellow = when not=20 threatened.

Just my opinion of course, not a trained = psychiatrist,=20 although I did sleep at a Holiday Inn once or twice.

I would guess = (based on=20 the traffic I saw) that it is because he decided to use a sandwich = plate motor=20 mount, rather than a beam mount with the rear mount being welded to = the oil=20 pan.
