    However I can confirm that there was a very large delta T across the turbo, and that the temp drop before the turbo is approx. 50F/inch. I have thermocouples installed at each exhaust port, then another a few inches further down right at the turbo inlet, then another ~10" after the turbo outlet (pics are in the archives if interested). I was very surprised at this temp drop myself so swapped around positions of the T/C's to confirm the temps.
    Strange but true.

Very interesting on the temps.  Now if we can get some of the other turbo guys to give some readings, we might be able to confirm this, though as an instrument technician, I trust your readings more than most.
