I'm using the IVO up here in Canada, eh, but while I'd sure like to switch to the larger pitch for some better top end performance, I'm still using the 30"-90" pitch. I have great climb performance but am certainly limited in cruise.
    The test you may be thinking of was actually on a Subaru powered RV6 in Calgary and can be read here http://www.sdsefi.com/rv13.htm

I was referencing a report from someone in Canada using a rotary and switching to the larger pitch but I don't remember the details or if it was a good test.

It has been reported that the original (lower pitch) IVO props were limited in
cruise to below 200MPH.
