It goes into the side of the pan with an O-ring seal, and seems to be surrounded internally with a baffle. It's probably not worth considering converting to Lycoming use. Besides it sells for Lycoming prices anyway. You could probably make something like the Skinny-Dipper probe Jesse found for less money. Bob W.
