LTS-4 is the controller used to program the ECU's. http://www.microtech-efi.com/product/4.html  You can also use a PC if you have the software and cable.

 

Ah yes, sorry, I’ve got the LTS-4 “handset” (that’s all I’ve ever heard it called). I wish I had the software and cable for the PC – it would make monitoring and updating MAP’s so much easier. It also has data logging  which would be extremely helpful.
