Rusty, that would be great if you could weigh at least the front count= er weights, rear would be awesome too.  That is really a bunch of data= that we should have as a group.

I know that Mazda has different part numbers but I suppose they could = still all be the same... =

Hi Dave,

I believe the term is &qu= ot;wishful thinking" :-)  They have to be different for different= weight rotors.

I can probably lay m= y hands on a front counterweight for an 86-88 and 89-91, and I MIGHT (= big might) have a rear counterweight in the attic for an 89-91.  I've = been meaning to look, since I've wondered about this several times.  I= 'll try to check on both of these tomorrow if you don't get a better answer= .

And the worst part is that there was a pair of 9.7:1 rotors on e-bay a= while back and I flaked and forgot to put in a bit...  they went for = $120 for the pair, but new ones are $600 each - ouch!

Ouch is right.  Actu= ally, I've picked up a few 9.7 rotors over the last year, but have also scr= apped a couple from Ebay.  Some moron just threw two rotors in a box,&= nbsp;with one layer of bubble wrap, then shipped it.  They were b= eat to hell, and I never got anything out of the guy.  If you kee= p up with the amount you spend for used rotors you can't actually use,= then it might not be that much more expensive to buy new :-(
