Rusty, why do you need insurance?

Hi=20 Ernest,

The = current planes are=20 paid for, so I'm strictly speaking about=20 liability.

The = number one reason is=20 that I have to carry the insurance to satisfy my hanger lease.  = While=20 there's a chance I could get around the lease, I have a really nice = hanger=20 setup, and in fact haven't paid a dime for it in the past year, so I'm = not going=20 to rock the boat.

The = other reason is=20 that I want liability coverage, since I can't control what gets = damaged in=20 the event of an in-flight problem.  There are plenty of planes = parked=20 along the side of our runway, and one ground loop could easily get into = a=20 couple of those.  My personal preference is to make sure=20 I'm covered.

Off to = work on the=20 scanners now that everyone is finishing their patients for the = day.  Kind=20 of the opposite of "time to make the donuts"  = :-)

Rusty = (perhaps dueling=20 slingshots)
