I have one that puts out around 900 ft-lbs of torque and it gets them off. If you don't have one you might be able to borrow or rent one. When without mine during an tear down in Louisiana, I took the block to a Farm Equipment implement place and they spun it off for no cost. Took them 5 seconds. I for one just don't like putting a torch on metal bolts even though I know it can work.
