Who thinks this is a bad idea?  How about if I limited max MAP to about 38"  (5 psi boost)?

Hi Dave,

Rev 1 of the RV-3 had high compression rotors, a turbo, and no intercooler.  I kept the mixture quite rich and didn't get too advanced with the timing, but tested as high as 50" with no problems noted.   I'll probably be doing this again with the single rotor engine, though I can't imagine being able to use all that HP in a SlingShot.

Cheers,
Rusty
