Hi Don,
I have the tangential muffler with a cool tube down the center built by
Jerry Hey. It's made out of 321 SS except for the Racing Beat flange.
I'm at the point where I just need to finish the electrical wiring (I
hope) to get the engine ready to start. I will get some db readings on
this setup then.
Glad to help with the cable when you're ready.

Have a Renesis and the CC mount, all of Tracy's stuff and Bruce is working on the intake manifold. The last major piece is the muffer and exhaust. From the archives, I have read the info on tangential mufflers, with high temp heat wrap, but the jury still seems to be out. Al Gietzen, Bob White, Joe Hull, and Bill Jepson seeem to be doing something with it. What is the status? Can someone build me one out of 331 SS or Inconel for my 3 exhaust port Renesis? Keep me posted.
