I have the same but haven't removed the deflector out of the exhaust port yet. Any idea on the difference with or without?

FWIW, when Bruce re-worked my engine originally, he "estimated" 200 HP at 6200 rpm, and 230 HP at 7500. That estimate was based on the combination of parts (89-91 turbo housings, 9.7 rotors, street port) compared to what he's dynoed in the past. I'd be willing to bet that's a little optimistic, but until I get a fuel flow reading that's less than a factor of 10 off, I won't know.
