It's nearly done! Still a little rough in places, and I have to find another method of internal deburring (my current vibrator/media isn't cleaning up the edges enough to make me feel secure about not releasing AL debris into the "clean" oil passages.
How close are you to *really* needing it?
So why am I posting this to the group? Well, I'm proud of my "baby".
