        Here is my initial design for the Six-Port manifold. (You are looking at the inside surface of the tubes.) This uses the stock injectors and fuel rail. It is tight to the top of the engine to clear the cowl. It is designed to emulate the stock 247 HP manifold with all the valves open.

        My plan is to CNC molds and make the manifolds out of carbon fiber composite (perhaps a mix.) I'll plan to make the tubes in sections. In this way, I can make the inside of the tubes very smooth. Webs between the tubes will be the glue line to assemble the manifold pieces. Should be very strong (~steel) but very light.

        The next step will be to CNC a foam model to see how it fits.
