I had considered that, but it too has drawbacks. Such as if one pump
fails, you have lost access to all the fuel in that wing.
True, but that's not quite as urgent an issue. I'm thinking of adding a
transfer pump for that, and the convenience of using all the fuel in one
tank.
If you keep the Andair valve, I'm not so sure it will handle the higher
pressures.
Also, more pressurized lines in the cabin.
I have very short lines in the back, and a solenoid to switch the return.
Every systems has it's good and bad points. :(
