It was cheap enough that it will be worth = having, even if=20 it's just used for development, motor mounts, etc.  I'm = sure the shaft=20 will be good enough to run, and perhaps even fly locally, but I have=20 no plans to use it long term.  Plenty of shafts have = been=20 made, even by NASA, but you just have to find them, or have some made, = which is=20 another option.
