One, opened, shows and engine which - from the exhaust system - I would guess were intended for static applications [the (in)famous gas line pump engines?] The prices seem a little low for new, $4000 for a four-port RX-8, that I wonder about their origin (stolen? Salvage from a burned warehouse, or a wrecked transport?) The vendor has no history - a big red flag for me.
