VDO=20 is a good brand, and I've never been disappointed by=20 their stuff.   Take a look at http://www.egauges.com/ for a=20 complete listing of gauges and senders.  They have the odd = metric=20 sizes too, which is handy.  Below is the list I've kept of=20 the stock sender sizes. 
 

Water temp=20 in water pump housing- M12 X 1.5

Water temp=20 in rear housing (near oil pressure sender)- M10 X = 1.0

Oil temp (in=20 pan)- M16 X 1.5

Oil pressure- M10 = X=20 1.0
