It's free. In ACAD print window select the PDF995 printer, set your page sizes, line weight files, etc. Check your print preview and re-adjust as necessary. Print/Plot as you would to a printer. You'll get the browser pop up every time you do a PDF plot but just close it. Save the file and REMEMBER where you saved it. Done. I use this at work all the time and it works really good.
