In the military, I have sucessfully reset = the circuit breaker for the landing gear motor on a King Air, and also = sucessfully reset the circuit breaker for our comm radio, which allowed = us to complete our IFR approach without having to go though all the lost = commo procedures. Of course there are items that once lost cannot be = brought back online, but on the other hand, there are occasions that an = item can be brought back online. We were taught to reset the circuit = breaker, and if it failed again to consider it lost.
