Hi  Bernie

I prefer to think of it as "naughty" rather than "obscene"{:>).  Sorta like those "hourglass" figures of the early 50's - you know what I mean.

Actually, there is a very good and straightforward  reason why it works, has to do with positive pressure gradient, keeping the boundary layer energized and delaying pressure recovery (or at least that's what this electrical engineer believes he has understood). It really makes a lot of sense when laid out or at least it does to me.

This is the topic I will cover (and hopefully explain)at Charlies - you can shoot at it there to your heart's content {:>). But, No U-tubes gonna violate my baby! {:>)

Some photos from start to almost finish of the reinstallation

There is something obscene about that diffuser that necks down and then rapidly trumpets up. We've got to get a bank of U-tubes in there and see what is happening! I know it works, I just don't understand how and why.

Bernie, no medical :>(, but I do have a test pilot who will fly while I tune control :>)  May take 10 hours!
