Wendell, you may be able to copy the timing marks from a stock pulley from a stock puley from the junk yard.

Nope. Looking at it from the end where you can see it. This is only a rough setting because the Mark 1 eyeball is not a precision instrument. Note that you still need to make some marks on front pulley to find 35 BTDC. Mark TDC then use basic geometry to find linear distance on pulley OD equal to desired number of degrees & make second mark at 35 BTDC.
