I have the large VFD and would gladly trade it for the small LCD. In an RV on a nice day, it can be very difficult to read. If Tracy finds a source for large LCD's I'll trade in immediately, but even as it is, I think I'll inquire about a small LCD. Todd I have the large VFD in my RV-3, and figured bigger was better when I got it. I'm less than thrilled with the direct sunlight readability of the display though. When I ordered the second EM-2 for my Kolb, I opted for the LCD screen. From speaking with Tracy, it sounds like the LCD is more readable in direct sunlight, but perhaps not as nice as the VFD at other times. I plan to take a look at the LCD display in comparison to the VFD, and decide which I like better, but this won't happen for at least a few weeks. If the LCD is that much more readable, I'll probably trade in my large VFD display for an LCD. ------=_NextPart_000_00F4_01C543AB.989BE7B0 Content-Type: text/html; charset="us-ascii" Content-Transfer-Encoding: quoted-printable Message
