Thanks Charlie,
No, I still plan on making the spring fling. Hey, if I were to let a little
thing like flying an aircraft while the engine destroyed itself deter me, I
would have been long gone from this hobby {:>) Besides, I know I am to
blame for 1. Either putting in inappropriate plugs or 2. Using an
inadequate plastic plenum - I sort of hope its the plugs as I really liked
the light weight plenum {:>).
I find that traveling the interstate is no longer my cup of tea - spoiled I
guess. Just too stressful driving that far. Besides I could not enjoy Sun
& Fun knowing what faced me when I got home.
Have a great time and see you in late May if I don't see you at the
Mid-Atlantic fly in
Ed

Boy, Ed, I'm really glad you (and the plane) are basically ok.
I hope this isn't a ploy to avoid the duct design presentation at the
rotary spring fling thing over here in May. You could just say no; it's
safer & less expensive. ;-)
No one will think less of you if you just load up the car & drive down.
Shucks; I'm going to arrive as a passenger in at Cessna, of all things.
(Don't tell anyone, ok?)
While I understand the frustration, I hope you change your mind about
coming.
