You are correct, Finn.  However, the guy (who you have a resort spot with in the same air park) who sells the seals is reportedly at Sun & Fun {:>) - more importantly, so is his wife {:>).  So I figure even if no damage except to apex seals, it would take tomorrow to get off aircraft, Monday to take it apart and replace damaged parts (if I had them), Tuesday to put it back together, Wednesday to take it back out to aircraft and install it, Thursday to test flight it - well, you see what I mean.
