Hi Jerry,

I put a 1.25 inch ID hose on the DC inlet and outlet when I did that
test.  It was tight, but I think 1.375 would be too loose, so I suspect
going much larger than 1.25 probably won't help much.  I used some
white plastic hose I got at Home Depot and heated it up till it was
soft and pushed it on the water pump fittings.

I would keep the pump as near the bottom of the cooling system as
possible.  I plan on mounting my Meziere WP337 a couple inches above
the bottom of my radiators.  Also, the output of the pump should be
higer than the input (per DC instructions sheet).

Using AN16 fittings and Earls ProLite 350 hose will give me an ID of
0.88 inches.  The SS braided hose is the same ID.  At least the hoses
I had made were a full 1 inch ID.  I should get some flow results next
week.

Does it matter at all where in the loop the water pump (Davies Craig EWP)  is located?   Also,  I wanted to run 1.5 hose throughout the system but it is nearly impossible to build an adaptor block that will accommodate 1.5 lines. due to space limitations.   More likely the passages in the block would be less than 1.25 but could be expanded outside the block to 1.25.   Todd,  how big are the passages through your  adaptor block?   I am open to suggestions but it looks as if 1.25 i.d. hose is the max if one is using an adaptor block with DC EWP.   Maziere makes an adaptor block for direct mounting of their pump that has only .75 passages.  It would be nice to buy their complete system but Bob's text results seem to favor DC.      Jerry
