no, these are just deep V pulleys.  I don't know much about these things, but it seems to me that the gilmer concept introduces restrictions on sizes so that the integral number of teeth work out for the circumference.  Rob recommended the deep V because at 9800rpm the centrifugal force on the belt makes it more likely to skip off.  The motor we were looking at actually didn't have the deep V.  I would think that the Gilmer pulley is a lot harder to machine, thus cost more.
   I assume we could make alt. pulleys too at whatever size we wanted, they don't look much different than the water pump pulleys.
