As you probably have guessed I use email for my business, the back ground & signature appear automatically.
Hopefully this is suitable.

That background was nice, but I guess it does take up a lot of space.
You might consider dropping the signature too.
I just copied it into my image processor with two clicks.
Now - where's that check printing machine........

PS - The stuff below is the other thing Marv is complaining about.
Easy way to get rid of it is select "plain text" for your message format.
