When I made mine, I only had hand tools. Used 3/4" thick ALU and a 3/4" wood fostner (?) bit to make the o-ring grooves. I think I used 10 mm holes. Through-hole has 1/8" NPT filltings at each end. One for oil pressure and the other feed to the PSRU. Temp sender on top directly above the oil input so the incoming oil hits the bottom of the sensor. Also 1/8" NPT.

7) I saw one or two folks who had made their own oil pad bypass blocks. The ones who did this let me know on the size of AL stock, the diameters you used for your passages, the size bits you used to mill o-ring groves (or if not done, what your sealing method was). I intend to tap this block for oil temp, pressure and a feed to the PSRU.
